A new way to get help:

Software and materials updates

“Remote desktop sharing” is available for customers with broadband internet connections.  Rather than try to explain a problem or copy down an error message and read it back over the phone, you can just show us!  See details here.

We’ve moved again!

Our current address and contact information is noted in the left column of each page on this site.  We’ve cut the commute mileage for everyone by at least half and moved to a more efficient floorplan.

The move also allowed access to the internet bandwidth necessary to support the remote support services noted above.

Unfortunately, we left some of our favorite lunch spots behind... We can’t quite have it all.

Connect with us for a demo!

Not sure if Gardenware will work for you?

Schedule an online demonstration with us and get a first-hand look at how it works and how it can help you.

And, since we don’t expect you to remember everything you saw the first time out, we encourage new users to schedule an orientation session after you’ve installed the program.

Redesigned site, more available information

We’ll start with the obvious: our “look and feel” on the web has changed dramatically.  This is an exciting switch for us, and we hope that it will make finding the information you need faster and easier.

Note the link to the new blog in the left column.  We’re just getting started there now, but over time (and with your feedback) we’ll be adding more and more there.

The latest version of the labeling program, Version 10,  has been released.  Specific details of the differences and system requirements can be found on the blog.

The hang-tags and mini-barcode patches (both items are supported in V10) are in stock.

Version 32.123 is still available and supported, for those customers still using older computers with less-robust resources.
