For TECHNICAL SUPPORT email or FAX us all of the following information:

  • Your name and your company name
  • Your email address
  • Your mailing address
  • Phone number (include area code)
  • FAX number
  • The version of Gardenware© you are running (look on the Main Menu)
  • A description of your system
    • brand of computer
    • processor type
    • processor speed
    • amount of memory
    • operating system
    • disk size
    • amount of unused space on the disk
    • printer brand and model
  • A DETAILED description of the problem you are having including what you were doing in the program and what happened just prior to the problem, the exact wording of any error messages, and any other information that might be useful to us.
